***The Details****
*This vintage mahogany wood level * patented in 1869 - was manufactured by the Stanley Rule and Level Co. of New Britain Conn.  Both glass vials are in tact and functioning so hanging your new coat rack straight and true will be a breeze! Keyhole brackets have been applied to the back of the level for mounting purposes  (see photos) - you just provide the anchor of your choice depending on installation surface.
*The set of solid brass hooks *  were uncovered as bits of architectural salvage. We know they'll service you well in their new life as they handle life's "hang-ups"! :-)

Imperfections (rust, dents, scratches, wear) are expected, due to the age of each level, and are part of the appeal of this vintage element in our pieces. The brass hooks included are "rescued" items as well and will show signs of patina from their previous life - this is expected and desired as it adds to the charm of the piece.
